someone broke into the car last night, and took baby blankets and my or should I say the baby's new stroller. they took all the change and ate a can of peanuts mr jengles left in the car. we had some of my jay's small clothes to go to goodwill and they rumaged thru the bags. I'm pissed becuse i just put the stroller in the back of the car on saturday.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE

Dang JENGS that happened to me in 2003. My son was only a month old. I didn't even use the stroller 2 times, since I was home most of the time. They took the diaper bag that had alot of things in it, my cooler, my folding bed and my electric breast pump. (ALL THIS WHILE MY ALARM WAS GOING OFF) in the parking lot at the mall. I just stood there and cried when I got to my car.

Good morning Yardies!!

Lawny it's Monday and I sure could use one of your prayers today.

Dear Heavenly Father;

Thank you for another blessed week. Lord we turn to you for comfort this week as many of us are dealing with our own struggles in life. Lord, I pray that you heal those that are ill or recovery...shower them with your strength. Lord, please watch over Tonisha (FUTURE HUSBAND) as he'll be here tomorrow. Please get him to the airport on time and deliver him safely to her arms at JFK...(I can just see her now hoping to give her man a big hug). Lord, please watch over those that are pregnant and those that are TRYING to get pregnant :innocent:. Lord, please push forward the approvals for those that are waiting (SHREW) is calling out to you as well as Sunny and Mommy 2 b. Lord for those who has mishaps last week in their lives, THANKS for protecting them and finally, thanks for bring Marla to her loving husband Jason. He has been patiently waiting for his beautiful wife and we can all feel the love he has for her. All these things I pray to you Dear God...in your son's precious and might name. AMEN...AMEN...AMEN.

A necessary evil, Jason....and something they will have to learn to deal with on their own. Andre was stuck at home for almost 5 months. He learned to creatively occupy his time.

You know if your car had been stolen, you could've thrown the cost of that stroller in your claim?

I had my car stolen when my son was small. I had just had 4 new tires put on the darn thing and had his new carseat in the car. The insurance company tried to argue with me. I won!

OK..........WHAT IS IT WITH ALL THE CAR STORIES LATELY?

It's like an epidemic on here.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

Hi ladies, hope you had a great weekend.

:ot: I am going down to Negril June 4-8 and my SO is booking our hotel. We were thinking of staying at Rondel Village cause I always thought it looked nice and its at a good location but I was wondering if anyone has ever stayed there??

He wanted to book a gardenside room but not only was the receptionist rude (according to him) but she said the garden side is under construction so only beachfront rooms are available. Has anyone heard of this?

Also can anyone recommend somewhere else in the middle of the beach with similar amenities and also local-friendly?

Thanks!

Lawny, we are staying at what was Mariner's Beach Club - it's now called Negril Beach Resort: http://marinersnegril.com/beach-club/

Thanks. That's where my co-worker will be next week. Can't miss him. He's almost 7 feet tall with a LOUD mouth, dreadlocs (RED) and green eyes. If his mouth wasn't so LOUD he would be fineeeeeeee. Wife is about 5ft.

I would be careful booking that one. Sometimes "under construction" means a big mess and way too much noise beginning early in the morning.
