Hello everyone.

Thank you all for great information. I have learned alot on the web site.

My fiancee's interview (for K1 Visa) will be on March 17. But I am concerned about the Affidavit of support. I have not had regular income for the last 3 years, but I sent tax returns for years 2004, 2005, and 2006. The returns do not look good because of the depreciation that we write off on the properties. My tax return for 2007 will be done in 2 or 3 weeks. I also sent my bank statements for last 12 months to my Fiancee and it averages $103,000 per month. I also have about 6 apartment buldings properties that I am TIC owners with so my net worth is quite high (maybe 1M). Should I have concern about not satisfying the officials in Moscow.

Thank you all for your support and infomation you have been providing for everyone else who is going through this.

Bob

They are only concerned with gross income before deductions and taxes on the IRS returns. So if that number is above 125% povertyline you will be fine.

Also any assets that you may list will need documentary evidence to prove the assets, it is best to focus on INCOME, and list little or NO assets if income is sufficient.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
