Question on I-134 Expire Date 4-30-07

I just download the I-134 form from the USCIS website and the expiration date on it is 4-30-07.

Can I use this form?...or is there a later version?

Nov. 07, 2007 - Check Cashed

Nov. 08, 2007 - NOA1 Hardcopy

Feb. 13, 2008 - Touched

Feb. 13, 2008 - NOA2 (notified by Email)

Feb. 29, 2008 - NVC sent file to Phnom Penh US Embassy

Mar. 07 2008 - Embassy received file

YES :yes: you can use that form.

Edition Date : 2/28/07. Versions 12/04/06, 7/14/06 and 6/17/06 are also acceptable.

The 4/31/07 date has to do with survey data collection for Office of Management and Budget, it has to do with the paper-work reduction act, and has nothing to do with the validity of the form.

VII. Paperwork Reduction Act Notice.

You are not required to respond to this form unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.

We try to create forms and instructions that are accurate, can be easily understood and impose the least possible burden onyou to provide us with information. Often this is difficult because some immigration laws are very complex.

The estimated average time to complete and file this notice is 15 minutes.
