Please let me know if someone has with the same case as mine. My K1 petition went on a RFE after receiving NOA1 last October 5 2007.We send more evidence and was received, uscis send us email that papers received and until now i am still waiting for NOA2. Hope to hear from you guys. God Bless!

You replied to the RFE 25+ days ago - Up until your RFE, your timeline would indicate you are within the expected range.

What was asked for (in the RFE)? and What did you send back?

yes we were given the date until March 27 but we were able to send them the evidence through a immigration lawyer the papers that I am free to marry with the court order and other supplements. Is this advisable to call them what happen now to our petition?

Well, you sent back your evidence on Jan 31st and received notice that they received it so your case should be processing again. :)
