hi to all of you guys...anyways...im here to ask some quesions to prepare again the documents that we will be sending for AOS:

the documents i gather are:

1. Form I-485(4 pages)

2. G-325a (4 copies for me and 4 copies for my hubby)

3. I-765 (1 copy)...i will just pass the working permit document later on...

*i had made 2 copies of each just in case they mess up my documents(just a back up)*

4. copy of biographical page from passport*

5. copy of K1 visa(with the entry stamps)*

6. copy of expired I-94(front only)* (is it just ok?that its only on the front?or the back is needed)

7. copy of birth certificate*

8. copy of a certified copy of marriage certificate( or do i have to pass just the certified copy of it?)

9. copy of approval notice*

10. copy of his ITR 2007(form 1040)(or do i have to pass the original one?)(this ITR was also the documents he recieved when we file for his Tax this year...)

11.copy of W2 2007*

Proof of our Relationship:

copy of Companys Profit sharing and 401(k)plan(from his work)

Proof commingling:

copy of a mail from SSA(is it ok to include this)

and christmas and valentines mails...

the things that we still didnt have are:

employment letter

joint account

i still have to get passport style photos, photocopy of hubby's passport and birth cert.

I-693 Vaccination Supp. Form

and i still have some questions here it goes:

is it ok if i only put blank space and not zero on the A# questions?coz i put A# 12...not A#012 which i seen on the Approval notice of K1 that it has zero in it?

what will i answer on my hubby's G-325a on question "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:"?or i will just put X on Status as Permanent Resident...

on the proof of commingling...do i have to get a photocopy of the mails i recieve?and also the mail subscription do i have to photocopy that?...

and about the vaccination details...do i have to give the original to the CS?

and the last but not the last how many passport style photo do i have to put?6 for me?and 2 for my hubby?

do i have to photocopy the paystubs for the last 3 years?

i thought that we will send this AOS package last Feb when my hubby was still here at house but it was delayed and will be going to send this time when he gets back from the boat this second week of march.

im really getting so paranoid by this time...coz i had read this few things before but since it was last few months i forgot the other stuff...hhahhah...im really getting crazy here...anyway hope you will answer those query plsss...and just tell me if i forgot something ok?....my minds memory get rumble...or my brain hurt thinking of all these things...hehehhhe....have a good day guys!!!thanks a lot in advance!!!

6 Copy of both sides of the I-94 are needed, there is info written on the back side.

8 Photo copy of marriage cert is fine.

10, These need to be attached to form I-864 or I-864EZ from US Citizen Spouse.

No Proof of relationship needed for the filing other than copy of marriage cert. This is needed for AOS interview.

The I-485 and I-765 need to be treated as seperate petitions, NO sharing of evidence, each needs it's own set of evidence.

Lastly, we followed the VJ adjustment guide to the letter, result, approval without interview.
