i just got approved after waitied 2 years since i applied apirl 24 2006 approved on dec 20 2007 they said it was uder FBI name check now my question is will they recheck for Citizenship N400 FBI name check or are they done with checkk once or will i have to wait again 2 more years cuz i am thing about applying next week

Since no one can tell exactly what the dum-dums at USCIS are going to do, it's in your best interest to apply as soon as you can and get it cracking as fast as possible.

Ditto what scappel said. Apply as soon as you can - which would be in one year, or even already since they took so long with your removal of conditions!

If he filed his I-751 petition in April 2006, has been eligible to file an N-400 since at least April 2007 (three years minus 90 days from the date he received his green card).
