Hiya everyone. Yep...we finally did it after three years of flying back and forth!! We are now officially husband and wife!!

Well...now comes the paperwork. See...we had until today to get married (the 90 days)...which we did. The preacher at the church insisted on mailing out the certified marriage certificate himself...so they should have it at the courthouse by the week's end. So..I will be calling and bugging them to hurry up on the certification.

We are doing the I-485 right now....and I have a question about section B. See....I'm the USC and I have two children from my previous marriage that ended 7 years ago. Pete, who is from the UK, has a 19 year old son who is still living in the UK with his mum. Do we list all the kids? or just Pete's son? or do we even list Pete's son?

Thanks in advance!

Your new husband (congratulations!!) should definitely put his son's name. As far as yours, i am not sure.

I am sure your husband considers theirs but from a legal standpoint, i don't know.

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

Congrats to the wedding.

The AOS should be filed in the new name.

I have no clue about the question of whos son to put where.

I-485 on Section B. I'm positive its only the beneficiary children(son) and present wife(Petitioner)
