Ok here is my situation, it may be a little confusing but here I go. We sent our petition form (I-130) in March of 2007, I got a letter stating that it got approved, now my lawyer has our visa packet, and we are just wating for our sponsor to hand in the forms. So after she sends our visa packet to Ciudad Juarez, how long will it take for my husband to get his interview there? Some people say it takes up to 1 whole year, and some say it takes less. What will probably the best guess? I would really want to know to get things ready and well you know. Also he entered illegally here into the U.S, so now we have to do a hard ship letter so he won't have to stay in Mexico, Are they easy to write? And are they approving the letters and how long does it take? Thanks to everyone who is going to respond and for the help too. :help:

This is the most comprehensive information I've ever found about CDJ Mexico waivers and visa process. Take a look around, there are nice people to help too:
