twice for k visas

My question is, my husband was in the U..S with k1 visa,but the marrige didnot work out for

both of them and we meet and he left before the 90 day expiration,

but now I married him in his counry and he has interwiew in april for k3,

with that be a problem?

Secondly I have only visit one, will that impose any problen duringhis inyterwiew,

I will really appreciate any valuable answers,

He'll need to be prepared to discuss all issues regarding the bona fides of your relationship and back it up with good evidence. Beyond that, it's anybody's guess how the interview will go.
