Hello all, :) the kind of work I do is for a large Corporation. The corporation is broken into 6 divisions. Mideast, Midsouth ect... all have corporate addresses, and each location within the 6 Divisions has addresses.... I manage a location in Indiana, for the Midwest Division that is located in Chicago. But the Main Corporate Headquarters is in Birmingham. My paychecks come from Birmingham, so do I use this address? The reason I am concerned is because when I fill out the I-134 support form, the letter will more than likely come from my HR department in Chicago, with the Corporate letter head and all... but the address will be different... Not sure how picky this is going to get. Thanks, John

I'd list the name that appears on your paycheck/taxes. I work at a school but am employed by the county so I listed the county as my employer. I included a letter from the county and my school (written and signed by my principal).

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship
