Timeline

Howdy Everyone,

I've my 2 years Green Card and next year in 2009 I have to go for Removing Condition papers....but before that me and my wife planning to go India my home country this month.....

So do I have to show some papers on Immigration? Is there some kind of difficulty will arrive on Check In for my India Visit?

Advice me guys, as I have to book my flights asap.

20-Apr-2010 Mailed RFE (I believe must be Biometrics)

22-Apr-2010 Case Updated

27-Apr-2010 Received Biometrics letter set for May 13

13-May-2010 Biometrics Completed in PHX

11-Jun-2010 Receieved Text at 1:00 AM from USCIS "CASE TOUCHED"

11-Jun-2010 Case Transfered to Local Office, PHX for Interview

12-Jun-2010 Case Touched

14-Jun-2010 Interview Letter Recieved, Set for July 19th

16-Jun-2010 Case Touched

19-Jul-2010 Interview Day in Phoenix AZ @ 9:40am

19-Jul-2010 Case Approved Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

29-Jul-2010 Received N-445 Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony Letter set for Aug 6th from local office Phoenix,AZ...wooohoooo!!! Praise the LORD

31-Jul-2010 Received 2nd N-445 Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony Letter for Aug 6th from NBC Missouri

06-Aug-2010 Oath Ceremony at Dist.Court PHX....Proud to be a US Citizen...wooohoooo!!! Thank you Lord

06-Aug-2010 SSN Updated at District Court PHX

06-Aug-2010 Register for Voters Card at District Court PHX

22-Feb-2011 Applied for U.S. Passport - lol oops been lazy

07-Mar-2011 US Passport Issued

09-Mar-2011 US Passport Received...yipeee

11-May-2011 Sent Renunciation Application to India Embassy, San Francisco CA

25-May-2011 India Embassy recieved Renunciation application

06-Jun-2011 Received Renunciation Surrender Certificate from India Embassy.....grrr $ 190 bucks for one small tiny seal humph!!!

what i understood is, that u have 2 years GC, and it will expire next year. or u going to remove condition next year. that means ur GC still good. so. i see no problem to travel and the immigration will not ask u anything because u have GC. and not expire. so Travel with no problem. just make sure to have ur passport with you and dont stay there for more than 6 months other wise u will not be able to back to USA. but if u planning to stay for more than 6 months, u need to file I-131 Form.

10/01/2010: Application was sent.

10/04/2010: Application was received.

10/06/2010: Email received "Application has been received" & Noticed Date.

10/07/2010: "Touch"

10/08/2010: "Touch" & Check was Cashed

10/09/2010: NOA1 Received via mail.

10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

12/06/2010: "Touch" Case Moved to "Testing and Interview".

12/08/2010: Interview Letter received via mail.

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/18/2011: Oath Letter was Sent.

01/20/2011: Oath Letter Recieved via mail.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen

01/31/2011: Applied for a U.S. Passport Book, And, U.S. Passport Card.

02/25/2011: Passport Book's Received.

02/26/2011: Passport Card's Received.

02/28/2011: Certificate Of Naturalization's Returned.
