I am a USC and my wife is a PR of 5 years. Her daughter is 19 years old in Thailand and is a student at a university. We had her apply for a B2 visa to vacation with us for 2 weeks in the US. She was denied under lack of evidence to support her return. Is a B2 the best way to go for us and should she seek a service in Thailand to assist? She has no way to show she will return except for a letter from school for enrollment. Any ideas or a waste of time and money?

The only guarantees in life are death and taxes.

If she ants Visitor Visathey she applied for the right one.

If she wants to study in the US then she needs a F1.

If she wants to Immigrate to the US they you/her mother can sponsor her.

What 'service' did you have in mind?
