Hi everyone, my question is this. My fiance lived in Hong Kong when I met her, she now is back at home in the Philippines. Does anyone know if she can go to the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines and take care of this? How do you get this clearance? Thanks Glenn and Cathy

Take care of what? Get a police Clarence from HK?

HK police cert comes from HK, NOT US consulate.

SEE: Certificate of No-Criminal Conviction (CNCC) HERE: http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/reciproc...ocity_3579.html

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

hi I am Filipina and my fiance just filed K1 for me, we sent it on Dec 27 2007, and our 129-f was approved last FEb 22.

Cathy should go to the police station in the place where she lives to get the police clearance, not in US Embassy.
