My husban just did his taxes and we are short cas he has a son from previous relationship(thay were not married)so now we are not sure is he put him on form I-864,if does we gonna be short with money that he need profe that he made in last year,we gonna be sort like 2000$...so do we need cosponsor...and how that goes...i kind of dont know enything about that cas i tought we will be good...he could be only sponsor...

04.02.2008 biometrics appointment

04.22.2008 got letter in mail-my interview date jun 11th

o6.11.2008 Approved...they said i am gonna get my green card in 2weeks...SO HAPPY

06.23.2008 Got my green card in a mail..yeayyyyyyyyy

You list son from prior relationship, only if the son is claimed on IRS tax return as a dependent.

If you are short $2000, showing $6000 in assets will make up the difference, if have no assets then a Joint sponsor will be needed.
