The interview is 16 days away and my fiancee went to Simforopol to get some paperwork done and have had all sorts of problems with them doing the process incorrectly and delays. It seems its like $50 to have something notarized in Ukraine

Any Ukraine peolpe here can tell me how long it took for translating and notarizing?

And also, what are the minimum documents of hers she needs to bring with her to the interview? They all need to be translated to english? (birth certificate, some documents stating she is not married)

And worse case if she doesnt have these documents by time for the interview what is the penalty? Need to wait another 3 months?

Im trying to help my fiancee but I am a confused. I want to make sure shes not wasting time with any documents she doesnt really need.

My wife paid 50-75 hrivnya for translations if she was willing to wait a week. Expedited service was always more.

The Emabassy website has the information packet of required documents for the interview available for download. Have you got that?

YMMV
