Hi all. Can you please check the K-3 Guide over. I have revised it per the USCIS recommendation that people file their I-130 at the Chicago Lockbox now instead of the Service Center. I have noted the new location(s) of the Lockbox for the I-130 as well as updated the filing procedure for the I-129F which now states as item #3 that you should include the I-130 transfer notice (that states the USCIS Service Center it was sent to) in the I-129F package that you file at the Service Center that the underlying I-130 is being processed at.
