I once had a k1 visa before but the wedding didnt happen i know in my heart the relationship was bound to fail,in other words i went back to my country before my visa will expired,Now my new fiance filed a petition for me

when we filled the BOX on the g-325A asking for my ALIEN REGISTRATION WE PUT N/A there ,just now while im browsing my files i saw this old form from the US IMMIGRATION when they approved my case for fiancee visa i just saw my ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER its start with A0 and 8 more numbers.

My new fiancee visa is still on process right now..WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

I Dont want the immigration would think we're lying for not putting my ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER on that form,

we also also stated there that i went to US BEFORE using the K1 visa .

ANY ADVICE?
