Hi Guys

this has probably been asked before but i couldn't find it through the search engine :unsure:

My fiancee is going to mail the I-19F pack tomorrow, and i was wondering if would be possible, if I could visit her in the states using the visa waiver programme while my K1 visa is being processed..and then return home when we receive the NOA2?

Also, is February a good month to file at the California centre?...how long should it take on average?
