'About to be processed to conclusion'....what does that mean? I wouldn't trust them either until the visa is safely and ssecurely inside the passport.

Insha Allah it will be good news, but (it's never anything good to say when there's a but) I got a similar email in September, and another one in December, so I guess all we can do is just wait and see. I got my hopes up, only to have my hopes deflated as time passed and no news.

Since each case is different, you might get lucky on this. Hoping for the best for you and may Allah give you the strength and the patience to endure this whole process Ameen.

Yes you are right, they told us about a month ago that we will get the visa that week.

and after we waited 2 weeks they came back and said they are waiting for ap.

We are in the same situation.

Hopefully it's good news! We received the same letter way back when and he had his visa about 2 weeks after that. Good luck!

I guess we are close to being finished, but you know sometimes i feel that they are not speaking english,

or they are still studying it.
