I click on browse and then upload

you are uploading the pic to this site then. there is a max limit of how big a pic you can upload of 1000k. also, depending on file format you can exceed that real quick. make sure the pic is a jpg/jpeg, which is the smallest format. if a bmp that's a very large file format.

go to "my controls" and that will show how many attachments you have used in the top center of the page. to remove any old ones, go to the bottom left, under options there is "manage your attachments." there you can delete old attachments if you need to free up space.
