hi all, i have a quick question, i am trying to put together my removal of conditions package, my question is i have my husbands life insurance and other papers through my husbands work that have my name on them, i included some of these in my AOS package, i intend to include them in this package as they are evidence, but they were signed by my husband in 2005, do i have to get an updated copy? thanks

4/3/08 package arrives at Nebraska

4/11/08 check cashed

4/14/08 recieved NOA extension letter

4/26/08 recieved biometrics appointment letter plus it looks like our case has been forwarded to California!

5/02/08 Biometrics scheduled

5/02/08 Biometrics completed in 10 mins!

Woo Hoo....8/28/08 Recieved 10yr Greencard in mail, no approved email!! We are done!!!

i would say that if its something that is easy to get get an updated version...as for the life insurance I would just send in the old form.

01/10/2008 I-751 send to NSC

01/14/2008 I-751 arrived at NSC

01/18/2008 check cleared

01/22/2008 recieved NOA1 dated 01/14 case got transfered to CSC

02/12/2008 biometric appointment

03/07/2008 APPROVED!!!

January 2011 BBG

08/01/2011 N400 send to Nebraska

08/04/2011 received by Nebraska

That will work. I submited a copy of my living trust and will that was signed in 2005.
