If your total household size will be 2, and you are in the 48 Contiguous States Then take $13,690 and multiply it by 1.25. Which equals $17112.50. The 2008 numbers should be out soon which likely will be a bit higher.

Thank you for your replies.

Here are my annual incomes for 2005, 2006, 2007.

2005: $10,951 (Attended University and Worked Part-Time)

2006: $10,403 (Attended University and Worked Part-Time

2007: $25,118 (Graduated from University and Started Working in April 2007)

Base on my annual incomes for 2005, 2006, and 2007; do I still need to have a co-sponsor for K1 Application so I can sponsor my fiancee?

Thank you for your replies.

Regards,

I have heard 2 things:

1.) HCMC will not accept a Co-Sponsor for a K-1.

and

2.) That they only concentrate on the previous years wages.

Who knows.

Here is a link for the 2007 guidelines with the 125% threshold calculated.
