When to apply for N-400?

Hello all,

I have been a conditional Permanent Resident since july of 2005, but have been married to my US citizen husband for 5 years out of which I have lived here in the US for 4 years and 8 months.( I came here on a K3 visa and started the PR process a little late.).I applied for removal of conditions on May 2nd 2007 and received approval on Jan 9th, 08.

when can I apply for Naturalization?. I have been a Permanent resident for 29.5 months as of now. Can I apply now or do I have to wait more time?

you can apply for citizenship 3 years after becoming a permanent resident, conditional or not..

You can file N-400 within 90 days before third anniversary of LPR status, July 2008.
