Packet 3 Checklist Question

Okay, so I booked my medical for March (have my annual check-up in late Feb and want to get any needed vaccinations from them first).

The checklist I'm to send to the Consulate states the following:

"Arrange for a medical examination by one of the physicians listed on the enclosed instructions..."

I think it's a recent change that MTL requires you to send the checklist in, and THEN they give you your interview date. Bearing that in mind, does "arranging" for the medical mean what it says, rather than "completing" the medical.

Or to be more clear, do I have to complete the medical before I mail the checklist, or is booking it enough? I have everything else the checklist requires and would rather not have to wait another two months before I can send it in, given the 4-6 montsh wait for an interview upon receipt of the checklist.

No problem sending it back when you have only booked it.

The other thing is, Montreal is picking up and you may only have to wait 2 months - so you might want to book in February instead of March - it's good for a year anyway.
