File AR-11 or you can do it on-line

https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa

Later after filing AOS you file AR-11, and sponsor needs to file I-865 to report address changes.

Not required to do that.

Keep in mind book airline tickets using passport name when traveling, and upon re entry to the USA you just show green-card and foreign passport, and is recommended to have copy of marriage cert to show how name changed from that in passport to that on the green-card.

Later when you renew your passport, you can get the name changed in it.
