Simple question

At the bottom of the page, where it says "Applicant," does that mean the petitioner, the beneficiary, or whoever is filling out the form...

Beneficiary on the Beneficiary's G-352A, and Petitioner on the Petitioner's G-325A.

Both Petitioner and Beneficiary need to provide a 4 page G-325A for the I-129F, and later only the benificiary will provide a G-325A for the I-485 adjustment of status petition.
