My fiance just got his K1 visa on Thursday (YAY :)) & he is planning to travel here in a few weeks. We have done some reading and he plans to fly through JFK to get the work stamp.

Our plan is to marry and file EAD/AOS immediately - it seems that EAD takes about 90 days - and that he will be allowed to work continuously.

Is this work stamp from JFK hard to get? Do they give it to everybody? What do you have to do to get it?

Thanks for any advice you can offer!
