My Fiancee's job will require her to sign a 1 year work contract on March of 2008. We have already recieved our NOA1 on November 23rd 2007 so look to possiblely getting out interview in August or September of 08. My question is once the visa is granted will she have a time frame to depart her country?

The K-1 is good for 6 months after it is issued, so she must enter the USA during those 6 months, and get married within 90 days.

Asian work contracts can be breached, with minor penalties. In Asia, typically a modest penalty of money. If I were you, I would pay the monetary penalty and go forward with your life plan. This is not the Middle East, where more significant penalties apply for breaching contracts.

She will have 6 months in which to enter the US. If there is an easy out of the contract I would take that option bc there is no telling how quickly UCSIC will move.
