I know the title sounds like a misnomer but......

I'm going to be scheduling an Infopass appointment for Sacramento soon to see if I cant get something done regarding my lost 129f petition. (I've almost reached 30 days for their service order to end)

So what I know so far is you make an appointment and the time you choose is when you "get in line" and wait for 3 hours+ so I therefore want to choose a 7.30 am time. Now should I get to the building early say 6.45 am so that I'm first in or does it really make a difference when you are there so early already?

Also do think the time of day helps in getting a nice officer?

Its just an appointment to speak with a true IO. My understanding is that you only speak with contractors on the service line. That being said, the Io's aren't necessarily more helpful. Though I do feel I have a hit a wall where they will be able to help. IE waiting 4 months to find they haven't found an application and aren't supplying a protocol on what to do

You get your appt time and then have to check in and get a number to speak with someone. So go early. However, I know you are only allowed to be so early and I don't remember that time frame. When I have gone here in Atlanta they have been nice and fast. I don't think they always know what they are talking about though. Good luck.

Info pass is an appt that u have with USCIS to inquire about ur case.
