My interview is in 10 days, I'm both nervous and excited right now.:clock:

You'll be a lot more nervous sat in the embassy, time stops while you're waiting for your number... :)

The thing is, though, that my interview felt more like a check to make sure i'd brought in the right paperwork than it did an actual test interview. I mean, my fiancee forgot my birthday and they still approved us. You'll be fine :)

I'm sure it will stand still. I'm going with a friend who is going to find a nearby cafe and taking her book while I am in the Embassy :)

There are a couple of issues I'm expecting questions about but I am prepared with all the relevant information. Everyone tells me it's just a formality but I wont relax until I get the passport back complete with visa :)

Approved :D Appt was at 8, and we were out of the embassy by 9.30 and getting a cab home! A very good experience. All at the embassy were very friendly. Will post a review later! Thanks to everyone here who has helped me!

So exciting! Can't wait to add mine!! And yeah - I think it is normal to worry - we plan all these little problems and things that could go wrong, what we are going to say, how we are going to say it, where we are going to look, what tone of voice to use... generally it is all for nothing because things are fine - I am the same about going through immigration next month - I'm pretty certain I will be fine but just because there is a *tiny* chance things might not work out... we just have to mentally prepare ourselves :D

Glad to know I am not alone :)
