Hi guys

Hope you guys have nice Christmas and New Year. I will file my AOS pretty soon, and I need guys to help again. Thanks for the website, as it does help me a lot with lots of responses from you guys.

I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

Part 3 (Processing Information)

Were you inspected by a US immigration Officer?

US Immigration Officer at POE did check my K1 document that prepared by US consular in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Shall I check "Yes" or "No"?

• I am not sure what Nonimmigrant Visa Number is, is that my K1 A#?

G-325A, Biographic Information

• Do I need to attach one passport size photo with this form?

I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act

A. Part 1 (Basis for filing Affidavit of Support) - Question 1

Which box that I should check? is that "a"? I am a bit confusing for the term of "relative", as my husband is not my relative.

I,.............. am the sponsor submitting this affidavit of support because (check only one box):

a. I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative.

b. I filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as my ............................

c. I have an ownership interest of at least 5 percent in .......................... which filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as my ..........................

d. I am the only join sponsor

e. I am the ..... first ....... second of two joint sponsors

f. The original petitioner is deceased. I am the subsititute sponsor. I am the intending immigrant's ..............

B. Part 6. Sponsor's income and employment - Question 25

Which one I should check since my husband already photocopy his 3 years (2004, 2005 & 2006) of tax returns and W2s. Shall we check both?

(a) I have filed the federal tax return for the each of the three most recent tax years. I have attached the required photocopy or transcript of my federal tax return for the most recent tax year.

My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS Form 1040EZ) as reported on my Federal tax returns for the most recent three years was:

Tax Year Total Income

(B) (Optional) I have attached photocopies or transcripts of my Federal tax returns for my second and third most recent tax years.

G-325, Biographic Information

Do my husband need to fill this form together with my AOS application?

Please kindly advice, thank for helps again. And look forward to hear from the replies soon.
