What are all the Tax forms We Need to send?

got an RFE for tax forms but I thought we had submitted all the proper forms is there a list anywhere stating everything to include as far as Taxes

also my joint sponsor is a US citizen through naturalization what should he submit as proof of citizenship?

Copy of US Citizen sponsor's IRS (1040 and (W2 and/or 1099)) attached to the I-864 or better yet get simple IRS transcripts for free from IRS and attach that to the I-864.

No proof of US citizenship required for adjustment of status.

Proof of US citizenship is required to file I-129F for the K-1 visa.

the rfe states that they need proof of citizenship for my joint sponsor and i swear we submitted transcripts for my wife and they are still asking for her w-2s

also does this put a hold on my EAD?

Then have your joint sponsor provide US birth Cert, Naturalization cert, or complete copy of US passport including front cover.
