Hello everyone, I need inputs please!!! :help: my husband scanned and emailed me my visa appointment letter so i can now go to St. Lukes to have the medical. Correct me if i'm wrong but as far as i understand it, come interview time, I should have the documents mailed to me from NVC to take with me to the interview. Is this correct? and another thing, what is IRS waiver? It is listed under documents name but nothing was noted under the documents status. Your answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

US Citizen MUST provide IRS return for prior year for the I-864, only "waiver" is to write a note explaining why a return was not filed siting IRS rule for not filing. US Citizen petitioner still provides I-864, and can use another US Citizen or lawful resident as a Joint sponsor.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
