Interview is too soon - now I'm worried

Got a "Request to appear for initial interview" in the mail today and I'm worried that it's bad news.

We filed for AOS at the end of November, I had my biometrics done December 20 and we've already got a date for the interview - Feb 6.

Everyone else seems to wait so long I'm concerned that the short wait means they've found some fatal flaw in the application. The only other explination I can think of is that I'm adjusting from a J2 visa instead of a K.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Any other J2's out there?

I'm not complaining, just puzzled.

Ivan

I'd say nothing to worry about. I think that a good number of AOS interviews are within 3 months of filing, and yours is about 2.5 months. You are just lucky, I think!
