a. I am the petitioner, I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative.

b. I filed an alien worker petition on behalf of the intending immigrant, who is related to me as my __________

c. I have an ownership.....

d. I am the only joint sponsor.

e. I am the first......second of two joint sponsors. (check appropriate box.)

f. The original petitioner is deceased. I am the substitute sponsor."

Im confused with this which one shall i mark it, I have a Co- sponsor and he checks "E" as "Second" and i being the Petitioner shall i be marking "A" or "E" as a "First Sponsor"??

You haven't specified, but I am assuming you are adjusting status from a K-1. In that case, you would check A as the petitioner. Your joint sponsor would file a separate I-864 and check E as the First joint sponsor not the second.

Im on AOS not K-1

You haven't specified, but I am assuming you are adjusting status from a K-1. In that case, you would check A as the petitioner. Your joint sponsor would file a separate I-864 and check E as the First joint sponsor not the second.
