Hello, My spouse appeared for K3 Visa interview and got the visa stamped on the passport. She inquired about the medical report copy and they said that it will be included in the sealed envelope and asked her not to open it until asked at the POE. Now does the medical report get returned to us at the POE ? I was asking as we have to go through AOS here in states and require a medical report for that application also. Anybody have any ideas please reply ?

The medical is forwarded from POE to USCIS and is added to your file and waits for you to adjuste status.

All you need to include in the AOS package is a vaccination supplement, get foreign vaccination record transfered to a supplement by a US Civil surgeon.

Search I-693A on this site, you will find more than enough (1000s) answers to this subject, it has to be THE #1 question posted on this site.

Also if adjusting status from a K-Visa you dont need the full medical if the medical for visa was less than a year ago, you only need supplement, DO NOT let the Civil Surgeon soak you for a full medical.

The above link provides a copy of the supplement to take to the doctor as well as a link to the CS locater.
