Can take 1 to 4 months, but it's faster if you go and pick up the packets. Hours you can pick up are 7:30-4:30 Monday through Thursday. No holidays. Picking up packets not available due to construction. You can get the forms online at http://nigeria.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visa_forms.html
