hello! i appreciate you updating your timeline. I've been following it because my beneficiary is also Nigerian, but lives abroad in the UK. I've been wondering how cases like this go! If you don't mind my asking, what did you guys have in your k1 packet? I know what usually goes in them, but I also keep hearing about front loading k1 packets when the beneficiary is from a country that might get more scrutiny. Did you submit any extra information or documents?

Hello,
I don’t think I submitted anything extra.
I submitted pictures of us alone and with family and friends when we were back in Nigeria as far back as 2022, pictures from when I visited him in Ireland,
Chats, call logs, letters (from when I was at military training), flight tickets and boarding passes from when I visited him, passport stamps, and letter of intent to marry.
I think that was everything.

Thank you so much! and yeah ok, we have basically the same things. Im submitting our k1 packet this week, so thank you for the quick reply. Goodluck with the rest of the process, wishing you all the best!

You’re very welcome. I’m happy to help. Goodluck to you as well?.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
