My husband's interview is in a week, and I'm pretty confused about what to do regarding courier services. It seems like there's a new government website that you register on. Is that true? Also, is it Loomis or DHL? If you don't register for them through this government website, how do you do it? And what's a waybill?

Loomis and dhl are the same. It is a us government website and a waybill number is a tracking number.

Create an account and sign up for courier services only. Beneficiary needs a print out of the confirmation page to attend their interview. This should only be done after the casefile reaches Montreal.

How do we know when the casefile reaches Montreal? Does that just mean when an interview is scheduled?

Check CEAC website. If it says READY, your file is in Montreal.
