Both appointments at the consulate were quick and easy. The first was for document submission, which took about 2 hours including waiting time. At document submission they give you your final interview date, which is always the following business day. The final interview was also quick and easy. About 2 ours including waiting time. The interview itself was maybe 10-15 minutes. All the people there are very polite and helpful. The consular officer who does the interview was also very polite. They didn’t ask for any additional documents, only asked the normal questions.

The experience with consulate personnel was very nice. They were attentive and friendly. The CAS personnel is very nice and patient. Security personnel are very understanding and patient too.
Thursday We arrived 1 hour before the biometrics and they let us in as there was no line.
Tuesday We arrived 1/2 hour before the first meeting and the line started to move almost immediately. Most of the time inside was waiting for like 2hrs. Family can wait in the medical clinics next door if you want.
Wednesday embassy closed
Thursday arrived 1/2 hour before the meeting and again the line stated to move almost immediately. almost 4 hrs inside but no incidents.
After waiting until monday to get the email to see if we could pick up the passport in Juarez we gave up and change the delivery to the CDMX CAS.
Email arrived thursday.
I suggest not to wait in CD Juarez if you can request it sent to your city of origin.
CD Juarez is the worst po... read complete review
