These people are just very rude. The girl who answers the phone, will hang up on you, transfer you and generally tell you she can't even talk now and hang up. She doesn't care if you call from USA or where. She says she doesn't have papers and you are making mistake to call NVC. Then later you find your interview date is on the list at the Embassy? So they are very incompetent.
I will tell anyone who is having problems. I was at the Embassy and talked personally with Chris Rich - who seems to be in charge of this area for the the marriage and approval of the visas. Also another man, (who himself has attitude and rude) his name is Terry but I'm not sure his last name.
If you ever have problems getting in to the Embassy - just tell them you talked with Chris Rich or Terry in the consulate office, and they let you in immediately.
Also, if you have problems with the people hang up or lost your papers or treat you in a bad way, so just ask... read complete review

This is the most unorganized place I have ever seen! I think we were directed into 10 different directions before we were told to sit and wait for his name to be called. I was not allowed to go to the window while he was being interviewed, I had to stand back a few feet. Not impressed. Everyone was basically very rude.

Mohammed ended up going 3 times to the Embassy to interview. The first time he forgot his CIB receipt so his interview was rescheduled at his convenience and he was given a second letter of admission and asked to return the following business day. On that day the worker at the window took his receipt, looked at her screen and told him he was done he could go. He said he still needed his interview, she said no he had to go. So he left and returned to his home to find a message from the Embassy. He was sent out in error and needed to return for his interview. He was told to call the Voda Phone number they use for this but he was given a terrible run around and it cost him a lot of money and he never was able to get his interview scheduled again through the service center. I had to have it done via email request. The Embassy graciously scheduled him and the interview finally took place. The Embassy is helpful, but I would not recommend attempting to use the Call Center/Service Ce... read complete review

Took FOREVER and things were very unorganized. We were told to go here, there, here, there....then we sat and waiting for 3 hours for the interview. Once called to the window, the women proceeded to ask my fiance about my children and why he would want to marry a woman with 2 kids, she did not ask much about our relationship at all. Wanted to see the pictures my kids sent to him, not my letters! LOL. She was a bit snouty and to me, asked many questions that did not pertain to our relationship at all.
