I-130 for sibling question in the form

Hi everyone , thank you all for reading this and replay and help. I really appreciate . Sorry with so much question but I really need help here.

and If u can provide me with more info please do so , thank u all.

 

I am currently filling I-130 ( I think I am filling the right form , am I ?) for my brother and sister. I am citizen.

 

my sibling currently holding F1 student visa. Graduate 2018 and 2019.

 

i know I need to included our birth certificate to prove we have at least same mother or father. 

 

Q1. I have my birth certificate was translate with official stamp year 2014 , do I need to require a new one or this 2014 version ok ?

 

Q2.part 2 question regard my employment history ,  I am work from home person , I ask Human Resources about the address , HR Said use the address show on my paycheque , is that ok ?

 

About the beneficiary part :

 

part 4  11.

Q3. since both of them live in the school , so I fill school address or it’s ok I just fill in with my home address ?

 

i know I can fill my home address in section 12 , but I am not sure 11.

 

Q4

61. the beneficiary is in the us and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the us citizenship and uscis office in :

 

I am not sure where should I fill in ( I am in SC) this is long process and I don’t even know will they be in US at that time. What should I fill in ?

 

Q5.

 

62 the beneficiary will not apply for adjustment of statue in the us , but he or she will apply for an immigrant visa abroad at the us embassy us consulate in

 

same as above , I don’t even know will they go back to home country that time.  , what should I do ?

 

And since I will submit both of them at same time.

 

Q6.

part 5.have you ever previously field a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien ? Included approved denied withdraw

 

 if u are also submitting seperate petition for other relatives, provide the name of and your relationship to each relative relationship

 

which one should I fill ? I think is the bottom one .

don't worry about your employment,

 

they will go through consular processing in their country because at least 13 to 14 years of waiting, they won't be adjusting status meaning having the interview in the US. you do know that's it's one 130 for each, you don't need new copies of your birth certificate. you will need a copy of yours and a copy of theirs for each case and each copy translated into English

 

maybe even more depending on their country of origin,

 

you should put a temporary address here but the main address in their country. it has happened that cases haven't been sent to the nvc office because immigration believes they will adjust in the US because you put a US address on the form
