I'm a homemaker and applying a tourist visa to visit my very sick aunt. Is it possible to approved my us visa? My cousins sponsored my trip. I went to US before 4x I'm multiple entry but expire last 2000. Hope you can help me guys

There is no sponsorship for a tourist visa. Yes it is possible to be approved but you need to show strong ties to your home country.

 

Not much anyone here can do to help you. You apply and go to the interview.
