principal applicant?? INA section 245(i)??

Hi, Now I'm working on i-485. I have F1 visa and am going to marry a US Citizen pretty soon.

In part 2, item2 is asking "Are you appplying for adjustment based on the immigration and nationality Act(INA) section 245(i)"? --> I'm not 100% sure if I should say no.

Also item 3 &4, I know I don't have to worry about "derivative applicant", but am I "principal applicant"?? I don't have any petition receipt or I haven't done any petition.

I was gonna leave them blanks, but I thought I would just ask to make sure. If you know what I should do, please leave a comment! Thank you

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
