hi

my english is not very good but i'll try my best... i'am at the end of my procedure for the visa application ( F3 visa immigrant) im just waiting for my appointment So i would like to know what the next step for my wife and my newborn baby?

what do you mean, all 3 of you should be getting an interview, they are your derivatives? didn't your mom or dad, pay and send all the forms and documents for them too? they will have an interview with you

 

or did you mean something else, the title says spousal visa, but you put F3, which is a USC parent filing for a married child

 

so which petition is it, your USC spouse filing for you or your USC parent filing for you?
