Applying for k1 visa

Hello guys!  Im a new member here!  And share something about my issue regarding a fiancee visa that we apply.  Me and my fiancee havent recieve any email from uscis about our noa1 we apply february 7 2017 and until now no update or email yet...

Need someone advice about it.. Thank you much.

It can take up to thirty days to receive the NOA1. It always takes a while.

Thank you Dutchster:) for your responce,  yes i guess i need to wait nextweek for exactly 30 days long for being waiting..im just bit confused as i read any comments here tbat they recieve thier noa1 just like after a week. So im just wondering maybe there is something wrong about my issue why it takes awhile. But anyhow thank you very well appreciatted for your responce.

I received the text and e-mail around 10 days after I sent the I-129F packet and around 2 weeks to receive the hard copy. Did you include a tracking number for your packet? Also, you should look at your bank account to see if they cashed your check already.

Hello there VinceKath my fiance from US is the one who submit our form and he didnt maybe know about it.im sorry if i asked you this since you tell me about this is that the 10 days after you recieve is the notice of action1? What is the hard copy mean?  And the tracking number you mean is a payment after we pay?  How can we have that tracking number? And lastly my fiance pay it  with a check are they not going to process if still checked?  Or do we need to wait to be cash them before they work out? .. Need some more info about this.... And thank you so much for helping me its a big help and englighten me.

I guess we will not recieve our tracking yet unless we finally had our noa1.and it seems it is a delay process

You can call USCIS if you haven't received your NOA1 after 30 days.

Yea - ours was really quickly - however JimJesDuma applied the same time and still doesnt have NOA2.   My fiance is scheduled to arrive on one week.

 

You really cant get an answer as far as "how long will it take" because who knows whats keeping things.

Thank you guys. My fiance call the uscis have to wait the responce so i guess need to wait bit more and more patience.
