Minor to follow to usa

Hello everyone! I just want to ask for those who have knowledge about the processing of the minor of LPR to come here to U.S.

 

My uncle was petitioned by his mom and came here to USA on 2013. My uncles 4 kids (my cousins) was also approved by NVC. Only the 2 older kids was accompanied by my uncle, the other 2 younger kids still in the philippines. 

 

My question is, how and where are we gonna start to process the 2 younger kids to come here to u.s? The are 10 and 12 yrs old now. We are clueless about the processing.

the prior petition is over so he has to start a new petition for each child

 

he will submit an i130 for each of them, sending the appropriate documents and payment

 

the process can take up to 2 years

The original petitioner was my uncle's mom, the grandmother, my uncle did not petition his kids.
