Hi VJ members. I'm new here, please help.

My parents are GC holders and would like to prepare for petition for my sisters (single over 21 of age) from Vietnam.

We appreciate if any question get answered by anyone here.

1. What is the case type?

2. What is the checklist we need to follow?

3. What are financial supporting docs if I can be a co-sponsore?

4. We heard that single sister must get Marital Status certificate at the time of file petition too? is that correct? or what should we do?

Thank you,

VietMom
