Administrative Processing London Embassy

I had my interview for a K1 visa on the 15th December 2016 during which the CO informed me that pending the receipt of my Greek police certificate from the USEM in Athens, I have been approved. After numerous e-mails and letters to both the USEM Athens and USEM London, my greek police certificate was received and accepted on 30th December 2015.

On the 30th December 2015, the case creation date and update date was changed to 30th December 2015 and my "LND" case number was changed from Immigrant Visa Application to Non-Immigrant Visa Application. Now from what I have read on VJ when that happens then it signifies that visa issuance is imminent. Unfortunately, nothing has happened since the 30th December 2016 and my case still shows under "Administrative Processing".

I am looking for any input on whether I can now be on extended AP (i.e. security clearance) even though my case creation date has been changed.

P.S. I am a British national but born in Greece with absolutely no links to any countries of special interest (apart from a holiday to Egypt) and my occupation is not one of special interest either

Apologies...the date for the change on the CEAC website is of course 30th December 2016 and NOT the 30th December 2015.
