We cannot tell you for sure. Did they keep the passports?

Is there any red flags in your case, and what did the CO concentrate on during the interview?

Hello ! I have applied for my mother (IR5) who interviewed on September'18th. Her status also went to "Administrative processing" after that, on Nov 9th the status says "Issued", but have not received any call or notification for passport pickup yet.  I have noticed if you sent them an email (support-bangladesh@ustraveldocs.com & dhakavisasupport@state.gov) they try to reply you back in 2/3 days. Hope it helps.
